This position will report to the Corporate Services HSE Director. n nKey Responsibilities:n nn Project Management of HSE related projects and projects directly related to facilities management (i.e. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape and energy management) n Supporting client and third-party audits of Sodexo HSE activitiesn Timely reporting and investigation of HSE related incidents and audit findingsn Added value to the business through implementing efficient, standardized systems and processesn Maintain an effective relationship with the client and corporate EHS groups as requiredn Maintain communication with key Sodexo and client personnel, monitoring HSE and providing support, advice and expertise to operational teams at the site leveln Provide expertise in Health, Safety and Business Risk and advice and consultancy for Sodexo employees at client sitesn Perform site walkthroughs and inspections for HSE compliance for all IFM services which Sodexo provide to the clientn Work with client and Sodexo teams to investigate, analyze root-causes and implement corrective actions where HSE deficiencies are discoveredn Present HSE related topics to Sodexo and client management and produce reports as requiredn Conduct training in HSE topics to the wider Sodexo operations team and third parties where necessaryn Formulate, implement, monitor and review HSE plans (including the setting of objectives, agreeing priorities and establishing adequate systems for performance management) to ensure implementation of legislative requirements and best practicen Initiate plans and manages resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective strategies for occupational health, safety and environmental performance, in addition to partnering with leadership to instill an operational excellence culture.n Other duties include training of staff, overseeing work, proactive evaluation of potential hazards, thorough reporting and safety communications.n Measure the effectiveness of Operational Excellence / HS&E strategies and programs in a fact based and objective manner.n Promote and develop a health and safety culture which secures effective implementation of policy, procedures and responsibilitiesnnIs this opportunity right for you?
